mega headache day

All day I have fought a nasty headache that medicine won't touch.
I guess it's a migraine. skull

I'm right now relaxing in my bedroom waiting and hoping my medicine will help. shakehead

I used to have these when I was first diagnosed with fibro. I guess the cold front decided to mess with my head this time. rolleyes

Sorry to hear about your bad headaches today Joy.

I'm not in good shape either. My bad pains are just above the right jaw joint. For me it may be the Neuralgia. I will get relief when I go to bed. My nerve blocks do help some but it is not a cure. Sickness made me miss them last week and I am suffering.

I hope your meds help. I often get the ice pack out when my head is very bad.

Yes, mighty cold out tonight. Feels like it could snow.

Hope you're better, Joy. It's my turn for a headache today, and I think it's a fibro/sinus combo. Stubborn stuff!

Here's hoping this week is a really good one for you (and for everyone here). You need and deserve that after a particularly bad day.

Loring, hope your pain is much better, too. Fibro is just.....a pain!

I hope you're feeling better now. I hate migraines they really put a stop to everything. My doctor told me ibuprofen and a cool rag on the back of my neck in a dark room would help. I find if it's really bad falling asleep is the only thing that stops it.

My headache left but now my shoulders and neck is fussing.
Muscle rub and spa wrap turned up high....
My sister tried to massage it and it just hurt worse.

This winter is going to be rough.

It seems like fibromites have tight muscles around the neck and shoulders. I have the same problem. I get in the hot tub and let the jets beat on my neck and shoulders.
