Relax your jaw. Rub gently the hinge area, at the bottom of the ears. Gently let the mouth fall open. Take your chin in your hand and lightly move it up and down. Continue to massage the jawline and the jaw joint, moving lower jaw up and down. As you do so, imagine you are filling the joint with each breath.
Take an anti-inflammatory before you start.
Take two wash clothes and dip them into almost boiling water. When they are cool enough to handle, lie down and place them over the jaw hinge. Repeat.
