Puritan pride is online, they sell vitamins, herbs stc..

My doc advised me to up my fish oil, when i ask him about vitamins he says give it a try..i think herbs each person can react differently..he did tell me if i tried any make sure they are manufactured in the us as china was reportedly adding actual medications to theirs to make them work better, without reporting it...

I tried a product called zyflamend which helped with pain, but i was def sensitive to some herb in it and changed to tumeric force..

Because it had herbs i was not super familiar with i took the label in and had my dr say if it was ok (zyflamend).

I inly take one calcium a day. And it is combined with magnesium..i take it at night as it helps relax the muscles.
