What are the symptoms of a FLARE UP?

I was wondering if you would mind sharing what your symptoms are during a flare up? Is it 'normal' to have burning pain in your ankles, wrists, neck, knees and hip? Do you have insomnia? Is that a flare up?

I would describe it as all the symptoms increasing..

We have pain but it kicks up a few notches in a flare..we have insomnia , but wake up more during a flare cause we are more uncomfortable.

A lot of us have sensitivities to things in our environment, its even more so in a flare..

Some of us get flu like symptoms..

I use to get that burning in my feet, but not all over like you describe

During a flare i feel much stiffer ...but there are different kinds of flare ups and differing kinds of fibro
