Hi, Nicolene, and welcome! I didn't know you were here and I'm sure other members didn't see you either because you came in the middle of a thread. I'm sorry!
When you want to post a different topic, right above where the threads start you will see on the left had side a button that says Post New Topic. Click on that type what your subject is, and then type your post and submit it. This way you will get a lot of responses. It would be great if you did an introductory post so we can all meet you.
I found that a walker was too heavy for me to use when I was having difficulty a few years ago. I used two canes instead and. As I improved, I dropped down to one cane and now I don't need any assistance to walk. The walker put too much strain on my back but I didn't add the wheels because I was extremely unsteady and didn't want the walker to cause me to fall.
You must have bought what is known as a rollator...I think that's what they call them. It has four wheels and a seat that you can use when tired. I see a lot of people using this where I live and it can be a blessing. I have a friend who bought one of these because she has arthritis in her knees and it's helped her greatly.
Be sure to read Fibro 101...the first thread on the forum. There are links to good info about fibro and you will learn a lot there. You will find a link all about vitamin D3 and also another supplement, magnesium malate, that has helped quite a few members too. These links explain how these supplements work in your body.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. Don't hesitate to ask questions because we are here to help you. Hope to hear more from you soon.
