I've read a few posts mentioning Bed Buddy's. I looked on Amazon and they offer different kinds. Could you share which one you use and how you use it in a way that helps?
Thank you!

I have several. My original one is great for neck or lower back-it has a rope loop on each end. There is also a gift pack set of scented ones I shapes to use on upper back or leg ...or wherever. I keep those in the freezer because the sent bugs me. My favorites though are ones I made myself. I took old denim and sewed a bag around 10" x 14" and then sewed seams across it to form channels. I filled it with flax seed then sewed it closed. It takes around 5 min in the microwave, but it stays warm much longer and actually covers large areas such as the whole upper or lower back, or most of my upper or lower leg.

I got mine at Walmart. And I do have one somebody made me. You can take a tube sock and fill it with grain and sew at one end. Works good I hear...
I hope you find one that you like...
Hugs, Karen...

You can get Bed Buddies at Bed, Bath and Beyond. If you have one close, you can check the Bed Buddies out, choose what you want, and not have shipping and handling either!
