Hi Everyone,
I know many of us have sleep issues which is unfortunate because a good night's sleep can influence us in so many ways. I came across this article from WebMD about
air pollution affecting our sleep.
I know with me, due to my having multiple chemical sensitivity, if I'm exposed to too much air pollution it affects my level of pain and my sleep. Something to think about
