Hi every one
Just thought I,d shine a little light at the end of the tunnel for all the Canadians that are fighting with CPP Disablity.
My first claim was put in on Aug 2012 and being it,s the Gov did not hear anything really until one year later and of course they said no.
So i appeal it and then again no .
By this time i,m being drain of all my funds and so much stress . So I go and see a lawyer a year ago .
And just amazes me all the paper work she sends in to the Gov.
It cost me $1800.00 and I was sitting here thinking what if I loss then i,m up a creek.
Well last Fri I got a call from the Gov saying they where going to offer me some thing and that yes I was disabled .
Well they really did offer me some thing and even back dated my claim .
So if your fighting the Gov for your claim look at getting a lawyer it was money well spent. And there is so much more that they put in the claims .
And the doctor reports where done perfect. As they knew if they where not what she wanted she would subpoena them and there not going to loss a days pay .
So hang in there and keep fighting .
It will come
Good luck
Tom from Ontario
