Hi everyone,
I have been in a area that has been setting record heat, in the triple digits! So, yesterday it cooled way, way down. Needed to get out and walk me and dog at off-leash park by bay. Also happens to be the inlet channel for our fog. I wasn't in my car but I did grab a winter sweater. No scarf or hat. I knew it would be chilly, but not a chilled brusque wind. Toughed it out, very ignorant for a survivor of fibromyalgia. Flare began within 20 minutes; 2 hours later bed for 13 hours.
Winter, here we go
Don't be like me and forget your cover ups! I definitely got the message, it screamed at me, stupid, haha got you.
Better today.
I have had this reaction to cold my entire life, not the flares but just unable to handle it. My face, hands and rest of body reacted like it was snowing. Now it causes extreme pain. How about
you?
Putting the hat and scarf back in car trunk tomorrow
