Fibro fog for some

Hi Everyone,

I learn more and more each day when it comes to managing my fibromyalgia symptoms. My husband and I are slowly getting ready to move next month to a smaller place so we're downsizing. I've noticed that when I'm exposed to dust, it affects my sinuses and I can't think as well. I get sinus pressure--almost like a headache. This morning my hubbie was going through manilla files.

I have allergies, yes, and also sensitivities to chemicals.

Does anyone else have this issue?

D, I know what you mean about the cleaning products isle. I order mine online--some unscented cleaning products.

Rockon, I don't quite understand your second paragraph. What is SI? And I'm not sure what or where you'd like me to put information about my pelvic floor PT?

I am extremely chemically sensitive .

Can't use bleach or comet .
Dust makes it worse .If I vacuum I will sneeze whole week.

My sinus are always inflamed ......pain becomes worse with certain smells.

I am careful now with what I use .
