Rockon: How to title this? I think I need help? I'm not sure.

You brought up ROS on the first thread with grounding information. I looked up ROS but I just wasn't sure what it was. Then there was another grounding thread. I thought maybe this ROS is important? Then inside of that journal article about grounding, a sentence with Reactive Oxygen Species.
Alright I said to myself, so I'll read about Reactive Oxygen Species. Maybe my mind froze, or got lazy. I didn't readily understand what I saw at Wikipedia (does anyone? I need Wikipedia for dummies!), so I quit, maybe quit way too easily?
Now darn, this weekend there is an inflammation thread and one fibromyalgia study in it mentioning ROS. I gradually picked away every so often at getting all that inflammation stuff read today.
I want to be nice and say thank you for all that, but I totally would be deceptively disguising the fact that really, this thread is because I wonder if you will answer a question. I hope you're laughing, as planned. Is/are ROS something I should make more effort to understand?
Of course there was more there that I didn't understand, but ROS seems to be appearing repetitively. Maybe you had a reason you called attention to it. I'm sorry to bother you, & you can just tell me if I wouldn't/shouldn't really be interested.
I was wondering to myself if it's hard for me to be the one to correctly judge from outside of the facts just what facts I might be sorry I missed? Wait, I never read thoroughly about it, that means I probably won't actually ever know that I should be sorry. And maybe that sentence makes no sense to anyone but me! Is ignorance bliss?
And is this an impossible task for a science dummy?
