Can muscle rubs or sprays help with Fibro pain.
I have recently wanting to buy some and try .
I do not have rheumy anymore so wanting to control my symptoms.
If they help do you still have Fibro or no?
just curious!!!

Cilly,
I have fibro, and the rubs are an amazing help to me..
Two of my favorites, are soothanol x2 and pain erase..besides the fibro i have some back issues..and the rubs help with both.
Biofreeze is another that helps.
I really wanted austrailian dream to work, because no smell , but it did nothing for me..
I can only tolerate low dose pain killers, so the rubs are a godsend for me..
Let me know if you find anything unscented that works..pain erase has a smell going on but dissipates quickly..and comes in a purse size..

I've used an excellent rub called Sombra. My massage therapist introduced me to this. One of the things I really love is it not only comes in jars but also as a roll-on! I always buy the roll-on and my hands done get messy. I keep it in my nightstand drawer. You do have to shake it occasionally if you aren't holding it upside down.
It is all natural and it smells like grapefruit and the odor wears off in a few minutes. It's not a strong odor either so you can apply it and head out the door.
Hope this helps.
