I am sorry that I have been missing in action. I lost my mother very suddenly on Monday, June 6. My mom lived with my girls and I so it has been quite a shock to all of us. We are slowly getting back into a routine. I came back to work this week, but I have not been working "full time". I will be coming back to normal schedule next week.

Prayers and thoughts for my family are appreciated.

Melody, I'm so sorry! Losing a loved one is bad enough but when it is totally unexpected it takes your breath away. That's how my husband passed on. My thoughts and prayers will definitely go forth for you and your family. If you or your girls are struggling with the sudden loss, may I suggest going to grief counseling? Most hospitals and even some clinics offer this. I ended up doing this and it helped me so much.

Take care. Your lives will come together again and you will be able to talk about the wonderful memories you have of your Mom.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Such a difficult thing to deal with, but remember others really do care.
