I apologize if this has been asked or talked about
before, but I had a question about
both these things. I want to do Yoga b/c I feel the benefits of stretching would help me greatly with my aches and pains instead of a rigorous workout routine. I just don't know which one to do. There are so many and I wondered if anyone in this group has any experience, preference, likes/dislikes about
a Yoga they do or they have tried. I realize everyone is different in what they prefer, but just getting some ideas helps. Also, I want to get a massage and I feel stupid for even asking this, but wondered if anyone here benefits from it. I know a massage in general sounds wonderful, but in checking out prices I know there are massages geared towards Fibro sufferers, so it must have some benefit? Any thoughts?
