I was still waking up when I posted, but just want to echo what Sherrine said: Great job on the weight loss! That's awesome!
Just passing along another thought:
I've found in the past few years that there are some foods I used to LOVE which I don't care for now.
I'm really not sure why that is. They always look good, but when I start to eat them, I ask myself 'why' am I eating this? I don't even like it.
Maybe it has something to do with a change in the recipe. Example: A local store has been famous for decades for its summer sausage. It was so good that many people bought it and mailed it out of state for Christmas gifts.
Then, a few years ago, they obviously changed the recipe. And the price went up. It didn't have half the flavor and we stopped buying it (not that we bought it very often previously; just an occasional treat). Some of our relatives mentioned how disappointed they were with the change, too.
Just saying that sometimes food manufacturers think we don't notice a change in the taste of certain foods. But our taste buds know better. Could this be a factor for you?
Whenever my stomach is disagreeable, I find crackers (I like "Chicken In A Biscuit") and flattened 7up or Sprite help sometimes. But you probably already know that. For some reason, my 'go to' meal when I'm under the weather is tuna mixed with cream of mushroom soup and cooked noodles. Very soothing to me, for some odd reason. I do sometimes leave the tuna out, but less nutrition, of course.
Just some rambling thoughts. Have a great day and weekend and I hope things are better soon.
