What are the best brands for B Complex, D3, Magnesium Malaete and a Probiotic?

I'm going to be getting these supplements, and I'm wondering what brands are best and where you get them.

I can't give you any brands but as far as B12 I recommend using the sublingual. The tablets aren't absorbed very well and studies have shown that sublingual are as effective as shots. Also, consider using the cobalamine version. It's what you need if your body can't synthesize B12.

I buy the Source Naturals brand of magnesium malate and get it from Puritan's Pride. Recently, I noticed that Swanson vitamins carries magnesium malate also, but they were sold out. I'm wondering if that's a positive sign?

One thing I like about both Puritan and Swanson's is that they have paper catalogs, though some of their products are online only. I don't know about anyone else here, but I can only sit at the computer for a limited time period or my neck and back rebel big time!

I also buy my probiotic from Puritan's Pride ("probiotic acidophilus"). It's their own brand and it has worked well for me. Same with B-complex.

As far as D3, I've tried several brands and have never made any real comparisons. I'm currently taking a generic brand from my grocery store. Will be interesting to see what others have to suggest.

Source naturals , also on magnesium..sherrine recommended it , and should make a commission 😊

I use many of the puritan pride brand, their d 3

Personally i like a probiotic by earthwell, from amazon.
