Fibro and working

I am tired, frustrated and in a lot of pain but I am at work doing my job. Despite all that despite explaining to my boss that what I have wont go away, work life is not good.
My boss giving me more hell since I told them about my condition and I get the real impression that they want me to resign.
I can still do my job, yes I am slower but I am still faster than most people here.
I have been working here 12 years and this is the support I get. Have to hide it when I am having a bad day. Have to just suck it up and carry on.
And yes I have had it said strait out that I should resign till I get better. There is no getting better from this, there is just learning to live with it. I don't have disability cover due to my medical history so I need my job.
I wish I could just get some support. If I was going off sick on a regular basis for this I could understand. But I am at work, doing my job and making my deadlines. I have even told them if it is such an issue I will step aside and take a tell critical job, but that they wont do either. If work was easier to find I would be out of here but who would hire me

In South Africa there is not much help to be found for Fibro. Once you are diagnosed pretty much just take pain killers and live with it.
But as they say what does kill you give you great coping mechanisms and a twisted sense of humour

I know if they want to make me resign they will just make my life hell.
