Hi, Susie, and welcome! I get the shoulder pain and I used Trigger Point Therapy on myself to help with that. I bought the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook on Amazon and it shows where to look for the muscle knots that are causing you the pain you are experiencing. Then you press on the knot as hard as you can stand and then massage the area. Do that a couple of time, stop, and go back a little later. You should be surprised how quickly you get relief. I’ve used this for back pain and also side pain and I fixed my frozen shoulder using this technique. On my back I use a tennis ball against a wall to do the pressing and then is move slightly so the ball imitates the massaging. Don’t put the tennis ball directly on the spine. Some knots run beside the spine. Even though I got my Workbook in Amazon. I’m sure there are other places that sell it.
