My massage therapist recommended and ordered a special pillow for me and I wanted to mention it in here because it is helping cut down my pain.

It's called the Cranio Cradel Home Therapy System. I'm not sure if it's appropriate to put a link in here that shows an item for sale, but I'll give it a try:

I believe you can also find it on youtube being demonstrated.
