I agree with you about Doctors and nurses, they do tend to sugarcoat things. Maybe because they have a good idea what the outcome will be, but as this disease is so unpredictable they do not want to commit themselves. try and not get yourself caught up in that, you know the truth, by being educated about the disease and by looking at your mum. Try and concentrate solely on yourself and your mum not forgetting your own family, before you get so stressed out that you will miss the valuable time you have left with her. treasure all the time you have left. Your mum needs you right now to help her get through this.
