red angoima in chest: stress or liver related?

I have fatty liver and that stressed me a lot recently.
I have some red spots in my chest (which started I think when I was stressed a but now diminished in size).
They are:

is this something related to liver or stress? It seems that there is no blood vein radiating and I wanted to ask you.

We are not the family to ask...Mike has rashes and spots all over. He is treating his Hep C just now with Sovaldi and Olysio, but started with the rashes and spots long ago. I think it is a liver thing, but none of the docs are very worried....and Mike's splotches and such are pretty ugly looking.

any other opinion? the point is that these angomia were big when i was stressed and now they seem became small. also, i heard on liver related ones, they have red, radiating veins around them. mine do not seem like that but i am not sure.

I had a couple pinpoint spots pop up on my chest when I was early in treatment and very stressed. Now that I've found this treatment is actually very tolerable, the spots are gone, along with the stress. My anxieties almost ruined my treatment. All my physicians sat me down and said if I could not get my stress under control, the treatment would have to be discontinued. I snapped into reality real fast and things have improved drastically since. Today is #36 for me and things are going better than ever. GOOD LUCK!!

My brother had a red splotch on his forehead, believed to be liver rel.ated because after his transplant, it disappeared.
