Cirrhosis reversal

Just a quick run-by to celebrate the reversal of my cirrhosis from F4 to F0-F1 in two years. The treatment I had was Sovaldi / Olysio. My VL last month was undetected. Good news! Test was a fibroscan and my median score for the 12 attempts was 5.9

The cirrhosis was diagnosed from a biopsy in 2008 and the biopsy before that in 2002 showed F3 - bridging fibrosis.

congrats,

i had the same response.. f3 in 1999, went undetected in 2012. then f0 to f1 (4.5 kpa) in 2014. truly amazing, what the liver can do.

CONGRATULATIONS on your news. I wonder if that's possible with a decompensated liver?

Once the inflammatory source is removed, the liver will heal somewhat.
Hard to say!!!! A fibroscan will tell
