     I need some help in getting around forum i can't get veiw live every time i click on it it says unavailable am i doing something wrong joelene

That happens to me too. I have lost so many posts that I have written cause it says I am unauthorized. I have always thought it was my computer. If you get any info please let me know.

Joelene email me and I will try to see if I can help you. I am not understanding what view live is or where you are seeing it.

Lucy I haven't experienced the " I am not authorized" issue either.

After I get more information from Joelene I will email the administrator and see if he knows what causing the problems that you two are experiencing.

Okay Joelene I finally found it. I've never noticed it there near the bottom. I clicked on it and this is what I got:


"The list of active topics are currently unavailable." So you are not doing anything wrong. I believe maybe there's a problem with it or it isn't activated yet.


First I'll ask the other Mods if anyone knows the answers. If not I'll send our administrator an email. So it may take a few days before I find out the answers to both of your questions..........

As you guys probably saw.....I need help navigating through HealingWell too.
blush I was trying to post the question in our Moderator forum. It appeared not to take the first time I did it .....it took alright ..........just on this forum by mistake. I didn't catch it until I just came back to the forum.


Joelene, I don't have an answer to your question yet. But I am leaning towards it not being an active feature yet. The administrator is probably going to have to answer that one.

Lucy, someone asked if you were logged in? But whenever you reply to a post.. the log in page should come up if you are not already logged on. Does it come up for you all the time?

I log in originally and get to this site, but it seems that I time out or something not sure. I can read the different posts etc, then at times when I try to send my reply I will get a notice that I am not aurthorized to send messages and I have to log in again. The quick reply post is on and I have already written so I have assumed my log in took. (If that is the right term I am soooooooo puter dumb). I have re-logged in but there and it has helped but there are time when it does not. Thanks so much for trying to help. I know it takes up more of your time.
