Hello all, just wanted to let you know that Connie and I will be missing today. Connie maybe back on this evening. But I will not be around for a few days. Connie is having a procedure done and I am having surgery. smhair

FYI, other mods maybe posting as we have asked for help with the forum while we are out and to assist Connie while I am out.

Have a Happy St. Patty's Day everyone!!!!.......I had my corned beef and cabbage yesterday. rolleyes

As it turns out, I am here.  I was just having a mammogram, but forgot to arrange transportation.  Duh!  rolleyes    So I had to reschedule.  Of course, my thoughts and prayers are with PG.  As she stated, she will be out for a few days and we have asked for assistance from other mods, if needed.  I will be out for a few hours tomorrow afternoon and have a medical appt. next Tues., which will keep me away all day.

I'm back too! They had me all ready to go and the hospital had no bed for me. So my surgery is rescheduled for Monday. So I will be around through Monday morning. shocked

Or maybe it is just the luck of the Irish. I didn't like my surgery being on St. Patty's day to begin with.........

Don’t you love it!  Why is it that you can walk the halls and see numerous empty beds, but they never seem to have one available?  I hope you’re okay PG.  I’ve been praying for you. 

 

And "What's up with that, Connie?"  Are you sure you didn't subconciously overlook your transportation needs?  I mean, who really looks forward to having their boobs smashed between two ice cold pieces of metal anyways!

Well, that explains it, PG!  I thought you were back awfully soon!  That's kind of a drag, as you'll have to go through the anxiety, etc., again.  Hopefully, next time will be a "go," though.

Okay this try this again..........I sure hope that they have a bed for me today. Or I just may take my doctors offer of going home with her after surgery. tongue

I just wanted everyone to know that Pink Grandma went through her surgery fine and is at home.  She's having some pain, of course, but is doing okay and has some help at home.  She expects to be back with us by the middle of next week, but I told her to take her time.

Thought you'd all like to know.
