Can you recommend books on liver disease?

I've read about Dr. Palmer's book on liver disease and hepatitis, but I was wondering if anyone can recommend any other books they've read about cirrhosis and/or hepatitis. I'm particularly interested in auto-immune related diseases to the liver, but I guess in the end cirhossis is cirhossis.

I've found a few books on amazon.com, including one about diet/nutrition and liver cleansing, but don't know if they're worth it.

Thoughts?

I bought the Palmer book, Hepatitis and Liver Disease, and it does cover everything. There are sections on Autoimmune Hepatitis and Cirrhosis. You might try looking on half.com for liver disease books at a low price.

I just got Dr. Palmer's book from Amazon.com. It is brand new and I paid $5 plus about $3 shipping. It is very easy to read and she gives examples that I was able to understand about how things work in this dreaded disease (ESLD). I've been successful using Google to find all kinds of information regarding my friend's hep c and cirrhosis and what to expect. The nice thing about the book, is that it's all in there too.
