Any, I THINK this means that you had an acute hep B infection, but that your immune system threw it off. Hepatitis B surface antibody means that you have immunity to the disease. This is what happened to me. I had hep B back in the 60s, around the same time that I contracted hep C, but I never even knew I had it. It wasn't until years later when I was diagnosed with hep C, that I was told that I had hep B at one time, too, and had the antibody for it. This means you can never give it to anyone or get it again. However, you will always test postiive for hep B, so that will exclude you from giving blood and possibly from donating organs.
I suggest you call your doctor and ask him to explain these results to you in plain English. I honestly don't think you have anything to worry about, though.
Let us know what the doctor says. I'm interested to know if I'm right in my assessment.
