ATT: "BUTTONS ABOVE"

I've noticed that in members trying to help newbies, often the term "buttons above" is used. New people (often using a forum for the first time) haven't a clue what you mean. I find that it's best to be VERY specific. Say "the folder entitled Hepatitis Resources at the top of the page" or "the Search feature in blue at the upper right-hand corner." This will direct them more accurately so that they can access the info you want them to have.
