juicing or power blending is great, I juice lots of dark leafy greens , what's really good for the liver is dandelion greens, lacinto kale and beets throw them in a juicer or power blender (vita mix) and leave the green tops on the beet stems, lots of anti oxidants and liver protecting properties also cleanses as well, another is turmeric, great for protecting the liver and inflammation, you can buy it in many forms, powder ,supplements or as a root, wheatgrass is great too.....but juicing and power blending green smoothies does wonders for the liver.. and beets.. especially beets, dandelion and turmeric.. and always juice organic as you don't want all those chemicals and pesticides being filtered through.. good luck
