I have been a member since 2006 had the disease about 11 years. Went for my yearly exam this year and they are beginning to annoy me . I was almost Immediately put on the liver transplant list .Then taken off because I was stable. Went again in May blood work, endoscopy next day MRI and visit with Dr. nothing has really. Meld is 8.5.
    protime 11.8-14.2 15.4 H
    estimated GFR 56.2 L
    So doctor gives me the evil of taking lorazepame I asked for an alternative to a non addictive med I can use for muscle spasams ,all over degenrative disease, and all other pains I have fibromialgia . So he give me a non addicitive drug cyclobenzaprine . Isn't that a relative of lorazapem...

Good morning, the med you asked about generic for brand name drug flexeril and is a muscle relaxer. Hope that helps some. My Dr tried it for me for rls, but I have peculiar reactions to meds, and it wasn't successful for that for me. However, it did help in the past with muscle spasms. I can only speak for myself, sure others have more info, but was never addictive for me.

good to see you here lavendar.. smart move to watch what you are taking. Mike was on flexeril at one point along the way. He tolerated it well. Some people don't.
