Plant that is great news, your right that its good to talk about Hep C with other people for years I kept it a secret except to those very close to me. To get rid of it would lift a burden. I'm pulling for you and everyone else on this blog. They arent going to test my viral load for a couple more weeks I anticipate good news. GREAT new for you Plant.

I've got a good feeling about your results Painter. Just hang in there!! Hopefully you are having minimal sides and a relatively easy time. It's not as bad as you were afraid of, right?? I'm looking forward to hearing how you're doing. Have a healthy day,

Plant I'm having some late afternoon fatigue but thats about it. Ill surely get through this. They did a blood test and said my red and white cells got higher also my platelets. Thanks for the support.

Wow Painter I think that's good! My platelets have come up ( now in normal range!) but reds and whites are low. Nothing unbearable. Just no triathlons this summer. :). Hang in there,

So I will finish my first six weeks out of 24 tomorrow. I've been waiting for labs to see how I'm doing and geez- I'm doing great!!! Liver enzymes are the best I can remember ( ALT is 25 and AST is 49!). I'm just slightly anemic, and though I really am tired a lot, this just feels well.... Completely DOABLE! Given that my viral load has been undetectable since week three I'm very very happy. And grateful to be able to do this treatment. Again a huge thanks to all of you for the information and advice, support and cheerleading, and for being a terrific resource. I've learned more here than anywhere else and it has made this whole process so much easier.
You are all in my thoughts for comfort and healing. GO TEAM!!!!

I too have been following you- we are indeed on the same protocol. I'll be curious to hear more of your observations and how your labs are coming out. I bet you will be following in the same path as many of us, clearing the virus within a few weeks. Your clean living and focus on throwing these little buggers out of your body will only increase your chances of success. I'm with you and only a few weeks ahead- it's a real gift to be able to do this treatment. Hang in there!!!

Wow, Plant you are 1/4 done with treatment AND your hemoglobin is holding fairly steady! You are rockin' it!

Well thanks so much HF! I'm following right behind you and know that you are going to have a new hep C free body. I can't wait to hear your viral load results. I've got such a good feeling about it.
