His potassium was really low when admitted, but near normal upon discharge.
"No flow identified in portal vein", "gallbladder sludge (made me giggle)", "portal hypertension", "peri portal and portacaval lymph nodes are likely reactive", "plate-like atelectasis in lower lobes bilaterally".
Platelets dropped from 258 when admitted to 191 36 hours later (discharge). The above bilirubin and creatinine were also discharge numbers. Ammonia was not listed. Going to rattle some things off and don't have a clue what they mean.
High results on discharge were:
ALT 87, AST 212, Alkaline P'tase 172, Bilirubin 6.9, WBC 11.6, MVC 111, MCH 38.
Low results on discharge were:
Hematocrit 33.2, Hemoglobin 11.5, Potassium (took supplements during hospital stay to bring up) 3.4, Calcium 8.0, Albumin 1.8, protein 6.2.
These leveled out quite a bit between admittance and discharge.
