Hi Sarita. Its good to be back, sort of.
I do use Gas-x from time to time and it seems to help. I was up almost all night with gas pain, but never went to the bathroom. This morning after eating an eggo waffle with a little butter, I started a cardio workout. In the middle of it, I began having horrible burning pain in my lower abdomen and mid back. I have gone to the bathroom twice since the pain started and have gotten a bit of relief. So far, the stools are completely formed almost constipated. Is this normal? This burning pain in my back and abdomen has happened a few times now and I was wondering what it might be. Also, what to you for relief from that pain? I wasn't sure if I should take my levbid or zantac. I know that taking Zantac with levid can affect its absorption, so I wasn't sure what to do.
Thank you for kind words about
my weight loss. I have lost right around 30lbs and do have muscle now, but nowhere near buff. LOL I have gone from size 12 to size 4. Sorry, I am bragging a bit. Yes, you are right. Overall exercise has been a wonderful cure in a lot of ways for my IBS! I am sure getting healthy in general has a lot to do with that! I just need to drink more water. It is great for stress relief as well, which also helps IBS.
As far as probiotics, all I am taking is digestive advantage. Should I add something else? I also need a chiropractic adjustment. Hope you are well and have a great day.
