I have taken Vitamin B complex but I had a friend that had to stop it because of terrible stomach problems and acid problems so watch for that. She went thru all kinds of tests and finally figured it out on her own. As for Magnesium it is good for cramping but I think you have to watch dosage as too much is not good. It sounds like you are on the right track. Vitamin B is for stress. I love the gurgling cause then I know things are moving. Since you say you are out of shape I would expect more spasms for a while as the muscles and tendons are worked. I don't think sitting is that good as it sqooshes everything up. also, I am much more constipated when I sit too much. Walking really gets the gas moving, not always at the opportune time though.
