I eat one everyday, and this Sunday will be my 14th day eating it! I want to say probably about
day 5 I noticed a change. I will continue to eat one everyday from this day forward. I figure if I would miss a day, after my two weeks is up, I will be ok. I also am with 7Lil I like the mixed berry the best, but I also like the strawberry. I have not tried the Vanilla....too plain for me. I eat mine with crackers sometimes...yum!
I also am still off of the soda, chocolate and fried foods. Whenever I eat out, I am sure the waitress or waiter thinks I am a nut because I always ask what the food is cooked in or with what. I eat no butter, and the only cookie I eat is oatmeal raisin from this homemade "healthy" bakery. I also eat bananas, pineapple, oatmeal, soymilk, rice krispies, egg whites, chicken is all I eat, and I am dieing for a hamburg!
