IBS and FMLA

Does anyone else have to suffer with being a pariah at work because of having to miss work due to their IBS?  What are your stories?  How did you overcome the gossip?  Also, I feel that I have been passed over for jobs because of my illness, even though I have been successful at work, despite my illness and missed days.

Oh wow! Sorry to hear that, Pink. Look on the bright side... At least you know what you have and can now begin treatment.
I'm sure the folks over on the Crohn's board will be super helpful and supportive. I hope you come back and pop in to IBS every now and then.
