ONE MONTH TREATMENT FOR THIS SMELL
I suffered this disease in last 7 years,Initially i felt little constipation, iam not considered this as a serious issue,one month later my friends are start to telling me that the foul smell is coming when i reach near to them,after that it is transfered to a huge smell........i met many Doctors they prescribed medicines ,but i didnt get any relief from that medicines....i started to boycott most of the public functions.
Iam so luckey i found one psychiatrist,i told all my problems to him .he taught me four different types of yoga,,,THE VERY NEXT DAY I FOUND SOME IMPROVEMENT,,,within one month i got full relief from this bad smell,,,,,,,,,,now iam not smelling because of my yoga,,,,,,,
Yoga should do in empty stomach,do it in morning ,noon and evening,after yoga take 15 minutes rest,
I will explain four different types of yoga,,
A)lie down on bed in straight position,make tight your body,follow head twilt chin lift position,both hands are at both sides of your body,take good breath,hold the breath more than one minute,loosen your body,breath out the air slowly,do it ten times,
B)lie down on bed in straight position,make tight your body,follow head twilt chin lift method,,BRING THE BOTH HANDS LITTLE UP AND TIGHTLY take a good breath,hold the breath more than one minute,lie down in normal position,breath out slowly,do it ten times,
C)lie down on bed in straight position,make tight your body,follow head twilt chin lift position,both hands are at the sides of your body,take a good breath,BRING YOUR ABDOMEN LITTLE UP,,(hold the body weight in head and foot only,give pressure to the abdomen,)hold the breath more than one minute,lie down in normal position,breath out slowly.do it ten times,
D)lie down in straight position, make tight your body,follow head twilt chin lift position,both hands are at both sides of your body,take good breath,ELEVATE YOUR LEG LITTLE UP hold the breath more than one minute,loosen your body,breath out the air slowly,do it ten times,
---------------use more water and fruits
------------------do more exercise for increasing peristalsis
------------------take yoggurt or curd in your diet
------------------avoid all types of masala and fatty diet
------------------avoid all sexual relations for one month for the effectiveness of yoga
------------------never take full stomach food in night,
I know that how much difficulty is there for this disease,I am sure that you may get relief from this bad smell,i had experience,,somebody is suggesting that enema is good for this,,the persons those who are suffering also may get good motion in some days,but still they are smelling,,so enema is not helpfull,dont use laxatives also this may increase motion but never reduce smell.... so do good yoga this may help you...if you stop the yoga after cure ,disease may come again,,so never stop the yoga but you can reduce the quantity ............
