is it just me

Im 45 years old and was recently told that I have IBS (they think). For three months now I have been in pain every day. I had been passing blood accasionally in stoold and was told it is hemmeroids. I have had all the tests don like blood work,  upper GI, Colonascapy, chest exray and an abdominal CT scan , all of which I was told came out fine. The first diagnosis was constipation but I dont see how that can be the case for months without a single day of not having pain. I have a internal pressure all the time, my stomach feels bloated and many times I feel like there is a bubble in my chest under my left breast and sometimes to the center. Sometimes this also seems to cause stabby chest pains occasionally that are typically on the left but occasionally on the right. Sometimes the cramps are in my stomach, sometimes on the lower left and right side and sometimes in and around my belly button. I also seem to be getting frequent back pains, typically around my lower back on one or both sides. It seems when I eat (reguardless of what) my stomach immediately starts getting bloated and cramps start to come on. Cramping medicine hasnt helped and gas medice like gas ex is pretty much usless. The cramps seem to migrate but always return to the same places eventually. My left upper abdomin under and around my breast typically has some degree of uncomfort all the time. I also noticed slight head aches once in a while. I dont have the same appetite as before but its not a poor appetite, I just dont want to eat because I know the pain will start. I have lost 16 lbs in the last 30 days from worrying and stress over all the tests I have been taking. At this pont I dont know what else to do. My doctor said some people grow out of it so I hope so. This just came on all of the sudden it seems. One day I was fine, the next day I was bloated. Does any of this sound familiar to you? I worry about pancreas problems as that can be a severe issue.

Thank you so much for repleying. My doctor did say I had a mild case of diverticulitus but didnt say it was causing this pain. I hope this can be brought under control. The anxiety in this is as bad as the pains.
