Device for Reduction of Flatulence

Hello.....
I have suffered for many years from excessive gas. As all fellow suffers will know...we have to learn to live with it.
I have a small device given to me many years ago....two actually...one is now lost.
In case I lose the second...maybe someone can point me to a company who produces something similar.
The benefit is that I can leave the device in the anus overnight even...and the gases emit gently and help me get a good night's sleep.
It is a hard plastic type...the inner end is slightly larger to capture the gas and the outer end has a rounded piece to enable you to pull it out.
