I'm really interest in trying this. It sounds like a good thing from everything I've read online, but what are people's experiences with using it??

I use peppermint altoids sometimes and they work pretty well as an antispasmodic.
You don't really want to use it if yo have gerd as it can effect it.

There are teas and enteric coated capsules and a variety of options.

For me hot peppermint (herbal, not regular tea) is soothing. No sugar added or necessary. I drink this instead of cold water with after or between meals.
