It sounds like gas to me. Good remedy for gas is ginger. Buy fresh ginger and steep it for tea, drink some (FLAT) ginger ale, or eat a few pieces of candied ginger-my favorite.
Watch out for artificial sweeteners & splenda in foods. You can try the BRAT diet for a few days & see if that helps. (Bananna, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) Also avoid chewing gum or drinking from a straw, and of course fizzy drinks, and gas producing veggies.
If you still have discomfort I would see the doc just to be safe.
