I think I may have got stressed and felt my stomach pop?

Stomach popping or bubbling.. is like a gurgling sensation for you, am I correct? Bloating, Costipation and Diarrhoea are all symptoms of IBS - so you're in the right place my friend! Apart from Diverticulitis, what others conditions do you suffer from, if any? That might help to give us a better picture of what's wrong with you. Do you just get pain in your stomach, and what area of your abdomen is most affected? Any if you could possibly tell me of any other symptoms - whether or not they are embarressing doesn't matter, try to give as much detail as possible.

I take Fybogel, it works a treat.. If it doesn't help then see your doc and ask for Colofac. These are also good for IBS. It sounds very much like IBS, which can be triggered by stress.. try some relaxation techniques? And also a hot flannel or hot water bottle on your neck, this might help to ease pains in your stomach, Make sure to wrap the hot water bottle in a tea towel or towel, it may cause burns if you do not.
