I had my gall balder out when i was young with no family history. my dr finally agreed to it and it wasnt stones, they duct leading to the gallbladder was really small, it never grew when i did and that was what was causing me all my problems, and my pain was in my stomach not back. and sometimes it would move around. also constipation can do that like some people said, get an xray or try a strong laxative, you can think everything is totally normal but be really backed up. Ive had that experience. and i also read through everything and i could find any hint if you were male or female and with the pains and how they seem to be for a while and then mostly go away and then come back the next month that made me think of poly-cystic ovarian syndrome (POS)
Didn't include my sex, sorry about
that. I'm male. I hope all is well with you after having the gall-bladder out. As I'm still having some minor pains here and there. And it seems to be mainly on the lower right side, sometimes higher up behind the rib cage(just yesterday).
