Can anyone help?

Im really sorry as this is going to be quite graphic. For the past 4 weeks I have have VERY watery poo, Im going between 3 and 7 times a day. its mstly just brown water but sometimes it has a few lumps. And it also has clear and brown gooey dischargy stuff in it. And has black specks on the tissue when I wipe myself. I went to the doctors 2 weeks ago and she just said its probley just IBS wait 2weeks and if its not changed come back. Im due to go back on thursday. Im gettin really fed up of it and Im embarresed to say that I have been caught short 3 times and Ive soiled myself. Im 21 and have 2 children under 2 . Does anyone have any Idea what it could be x

Nope, they have done nothing. I also sometimes get cramps when I go that resemble contractions

You definitely need to be more aggressive, but polite, with your doctor. I'm new out here, but have had GI issues since I was 12, and now I am 57. Never feel embarrassed about being graphic out here. People with GI problems have no problem listening or reading about the challenges others are having.

If you cannot get where you need to be with your doctor, please get a referral to as good a gastroenterologist as you can. I will defer to kazbern who is a far more veteran member than me out here and agree that you really need comprehensive lab work and stool analysis since this has gone on for too long now, especially if you are soiling yourself. I keep some Depends on hand and would recommend you buy a package at WalMart or wherever is convenient for you based on your size and to not feel embarrassed about it. It took me a while to accept that I might actually need an adult diaper, but now I'm OK with it, since it makes soiling yourself somewhat less awful. You can wear Depends in place of your underwear.

Have you travelled outside the country at all, or eaten anything that could have introduced parasites or some other microorganism into your system? Are you having any other symptoms that could be related in addition to the cramps? Just think back to about anything that might have been different in your diet or the water you drank, etc. before this started happening. I really wish you well, and send you my blessings.
