I'm going to try and help you here since I was a registered dietitian before becoming disabled. In general, foods high in insoluble fiber like most vegetables (salads; cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower; green leafy vegetables like spinach; whole grains; nuts and seeds; fruits and vegetables with skins like unpeeled apples or potatoes; etc. will move through your GI system more quickly than foods higher in soluble fiber like peeled potatoes, bananas, rice, white bread, regular pasta, and applesauce, which hold water more than insoluable fiber, which tend to produce more formed stools that don't move through you so fast.
Of course, you know what foods to some extent work well for you and which ones don't. Only you know how well you tolerate dairy with its lactose, and generally I would recommend non-fried foods and lower fat meats as well. This is just a beginning of what can be very complicated, but I just wanted to give you a start.
I send you blessings and hope that you can continue to heal and feel well.
