Narrowing and thickening of bowel

I had a gastric emptying study and a x-ray small bowel follow through. The results were the results were short segment of mucosal inflammamation with mild nonobsstucting luminal narrowing and to distal ileum. differential includes neoplasm such as lymphoma or a metastatic lesion, as well as infection and inflammation. also narrowing and thickening of small bowel. the gastric emptying test showed that I only emptied 17% of the gastric contents. They said I am digesting my food very slow. Any one have any clues to what it may be or have symptoms like: about every 4-6 weeks I get nausea, severe vomiting, diarrhea. Have high potassium usually when this happens also and blood pressure lowers.can anyone help?

I had a colonoscopy I n march and it was good also had a endoscopy which revealed gerd. Is have been taking Prevacid for that. They want to do a test now where they put a camera down you throat and get a better look. At what is going on.
