Hi guys, ive turned here as i have no money to talk to a doctor in person.
I guess i should explain im a 22 year old male no health issues at all first.
Now what im tr t ing to figure out is what i need to do to stop this. I havent passes a solid poo in 3 days. It started at work i passed water there at least 10 times between 6 hours and it hasnt lightened up yet. I tried using imodium yesterday which helped the urge and the gas cramps but woke up today and its still all water. I will admit the first 2 days i slept most the time because i felt terrible from the dehydration and hunger but yesterday had enough solid food to stop it and it hasnt. Please someone help me out.

Sounds like you had food poisoning, or an infection. I passed water or have diarrhea for a few days, when i get a intestinal or food poisoning, it happened to me twice, its about 10times worst for IBS sufferers. you dont have insurance, i thought itw as up to 26 yo.

After the 3rd day it seems its passed. Ill find out when the next BM happens. I was thinking food poisoning as well justdontknow what ibwould have eaten to cause it. Thanks for the reply.

is their pain or cramping, I notice when i get watery stool i dont feel any initial comforts, just felt like my intestines had been flushed with water. you should seek help from a doctor if its possible.

Bananas can help you out in this case of watery stools, bananas absorb the excess water in your intestines and also replace the lost electrolytes in the body.

Like the previous person said when you have loose stools it's good to eat bland foods like bananas (which will help with the loss of potassium), toast, rice, and applesauce! Whenever I'm having a bad bout I only eat those foods with grilled chicken breast and it seems to help me.
