I really hope you're feeling better soon. I've been lucky enough to have timed this illness in between my monthlies, but I have got that delight to come this week, and I'm dreading it. I also used to get really bad cramps sometimes and would also have to keep going to the bathroom but I never understood why.
I've stayed off work today and I think all I feel right now is just completely deflated and a bit emotional. I;ve been watching some women giving birth on home and health channel and crying because it looks that painful! Why oh why would I need to be worrying about that?
Just listen to your body and if you need to cry then go ahead and do it. It will probably make you feel so much better. And why do we find ourselves apologising for expressing our emotions when we feel so bad? If I didnt have you guys on here when I felt bad, when I knew you understood, I would probably feel 10 times worse than I do right now. It's so hard for people who dont understand to symptahise with you, and you feel like they know what you're going through.
