me too! STRESS is a big time cause... unfortunately I am always doing new things and being in stressful situations.... I would love to know more about how to deal with it

Have you tried a chiropractor?  I used to suffer from IBS, and I took alot of meds, and spent alot of money on tests and specialists.  I learned that there are nerves in your back that are connected to your stomach.  If  you are out of alignment, this can cause the uncomfortable feelings associated with IBS.  Give it a try, it worked for me, and I have been off my meds and pain free for almost 6 months.  I have more money too! :-)

A good place to start is at this site comparing the different companies and offering the actual studies done on Lycium barbarum (latin name). In case you're wondering this site does not sell goji juice.

I am new to the forum, have MS.  Diagnosed in Oct. 01

Was tired of being a guini pig with meds and my injection was doing nothing but making me feel sick.
