If your doctor is okay with your routine and its working for you, I would say stick with it. I think that is one of the hardest things is finding a regimine that works for us. "What time do I take this, do I take it with food, what else should I take?" It gets all to exhausting and frustrating. If you feel that your "nerves" or you are having extra anxiety I would definitely suggest talking to your doctor. I have anxiety/panic disorder and I let it go for so long until I started getting a slight case of agoraphobia. It took a long time to get myself out of that but also think that if I started bringing this up with the doc sooner than I could avoided going through as much as I did, I am doing so much better now after therapy (although not complete reversal). Anxiety can start in any form. My deal was that I was just to ashamed to mention it to the doc and I slap myself on the hand everytime I think that way now.
