Hi! I too used to be quite active- running, spinning, biking,etc. I have had jogger's diarrhea before I had this happening hence, I have not dared to run since this. And quite frankly I'm afraid to do something too vigorous for fear that it will set something off. I am pretty disappointed about
this but have found new ways to exercise such as yoga, pilates and walking. I have biked as well, just took it easier. Actually I've found it pretty exciting to discover new ways of keeping in shape. But it (exercise) is supposed to really good for bowel movements/digestion, so I won't give up!! Plus, I love to exercise and really miss my spinning classes. I'm determined to get back to them at some point. I wish you all luck with this issue. For those of you having trouble, don't give up- there's something out there for you. Yoga and pilates are pretty safe (though Jade, you will want to maybe avoid the ab work part). Have a great nite all!
